Former local Serene Conneeley has published a new book, A Magical Journey, to complement her recent and popular work Seven Sacred Sites.
The new book, subtitled Your Diary of Inspiration, Adventure and Transformation, is a journal designed for the traveller to write in when on their own personal journeys.
“Write the story of your life in the pages of this journal, inspired by the beautiful motivational quotes and magical symbols throughout,” Ms Conneeley says.
The book includes details on the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of journalling, exercises to shift writer’s block, and festivals from around the world.
